We will be having our second Arkansaw Wisconsin plow day on Oct 8, 2011. Our first plow day we had 17 garden tractors and plowed just shy of 20 acres! This year we will have a 2 bottom steel wheel plow that anyone who has a garden tractor and wants to try their hand at plowing is welcone to drop a pin in the hitch and give it a try. We are working on some other things also. I will add more info later. Any questions shoot me a message. Thanks, tractormike

We do have a flyer out that we would like to pass along, after some thought we decided to do a 2 day event( so Ducky could get his fill of Plowing and Pulling) at the Chad Peterson Farm (same as last year) W8124 Barber Lane Arkansaw Wi. 54721 on the 7 and 8th of October. This will be some rock free easy plowing!!!

We are looking forward to a good time plowing again Glen. I might have another pull type plow to bring along also, a one bottom if it all works out. Ducky, your Massey is looking good! You are going to need an on land hitch to plow with that wide Massey. See you there!

Good news, the people who rented our farm have finished chopping the corn off, they chopped the whole feild so we will have plenty of ground to plow.

The not so good news is I have not got a pulling sled yet, however it looks more promising now than a few days ago.

This thing will really get rid of the corn in hurry!!

This is what we will be plowing in less than a month, we will not have to worry about plugging in these conditions, will be dealing with the stubble instead. PS bring plenty of GAS, lots to plow. see ya on the 7th or the 8th. Glenn & Mike

Good news, have found a pulling sled that we can use during our plow day, it is a self-propelled model, so we'll be able to make those pull turn arounds real quick. Just kidding guys, but very happy to have gotten this unit. So tune up those tractors for a weekend of fun plowing and pulling. Glenn

I have the three tractors and plows that I am taking to our plow days loaded and ready to go. They are the narrow front Massey 10 with the 2 bottom steel wheel plow, the 1650 Snapper/Massey with a 12 inch three point plow and the 1964 speedex S-24 with a 12 inch plow.
It sounds like we might have quite a bunch of people coming to turn some dirt. I will make sure to take lots of pictures for you guys. Hope to see some of you there!
Here is a picture of the load ready to go.
