I have a 1955 lyman all wood 15' runabout boat for trade. It has been restored a couple years ago and was put back together with all original components. It has the original 25hp Johnson outboard with electric or pull start. It is a very nice boat. Has the original tee nee trailer. And has a clear title for for the boat and trailer. I value the boat at around $5,000. I would be interested in trading for antique lawn and gardenbtractors of equal value. If interested, just send me a message.

Good looking boat.  Problem is wood boats are high maintenance items and they are heavy.

It's a nice boat. Is definitely a novelty to have to pull behind a classic car or something. I have had it on the lake and it did really well though

But Alan Jackson says "you can't beat the way and old wood boat rides"

it does ride really good on the lake. Cuts right through the water. And it really isn't heavy at all. I can pick up the tongue of the trailer and move it around the driveway with ease
