Even if it's rough, we have a great time!

Ain't that the truth. I'll definitely have to bring the Massey 16 to clear the furrows of water and expose some better dirt for tire grabbing.

Although it only works with a little extra ballast haha

If there's a way, I'll be there. Otherwise, plow a furrow for me! Not looking real good at this time.

If it's wet again this year, I'm renting myself out as ballast for $12/hour!  :rolling:

It might have this past plowday. We were driving through puddles in the furrow in that pic. Once we turned both sides and got on better dirt, plowing was great. Just a little windy haha.

I am tentatively setting the main plow day for November 4th, with fields open for plowing Friday and Friday evening also.  Soybeans got planted late, so likely couldn't have it any earlier, and I can't guarantee Steve will have the beans harvested by then.  Of course weather can also delay the event, so stay tuned as the days approach.  In case of cool weather, I "hope" to have a shed tarped off with a torpedo heater in there, plus a fire ring for outside.

Address for event is 356 Ball Hollow Road, Hodgenville, Ky 42748

We plan on being there.

Has anyone tried setting up a discount at a motel yet?

Going out to the shop in a few and start polishing the plows.

AND I have some nasty Kentucky clay to bring back to you!!!             Rick& Edy

Just snagged another Brinly 12" 3 point. It's pretty ugly so hoping to finish the Big block repower on the 1655 loader. That way I'll have plenty of power to clean it up real nice.

My calendar is getting full with Dr appointments and such, so there will be no rain date if weather is nasty the weekend of the 4th. Hate it, but can't help it. Hopefully weather cooperates.

Soybeans gotta be gone too!  Steve might take offense if we plow his beans under!  :rolling:

You have to take care of yourself first! The won't be ANY Ball Hollow plow days if you don't!

Eh, who likes them, anyway!

Seriously, is there any likelihood he won't have them harvested by then? I'd think they would be rotting away, given our usual weather.

I would SURELY think he'll have them harvested before then, but till they are gone.......
