A sickle mower would be nice and I would use it, been looking for one for a while now, Will "IamSerwood" is a good guy if he gets it I'm happy for him.
It's just the 9, 10 hr drive, my day off is gone.

Well, here it is at it's new home. Runs great. Better than I expected.
Sickle bar is rough, but doable. Missing a few parts for it, but from
what I've researched since I got home, I'll be able to fab that stuff
up.
The blower that also came with it in pcs, well thats about all I'll
say about that.:wallbanging:

I'm surprised in the size, and weight of it compared to an MF12.
I had it idle'g for about 2 hrs, running seafoam through it. I'm not even going to touch that engine/carb. It's dialed in.

Good stuff there Will there are a lot of Sears guys around here and that tractor looks pretty good. The sickle mower makes this one a deal and a half.

The main part of the sickle that's missing is the jackshaft on the front.
I found this pic here on GTT, of Gtractors SS12.
I could build that, or, I'm contimplating adapting the sickle to my working MF14,
using a deck mule drive, and power it off the electric pto. Gotta kick that around a
bit more, depending on what I'm going to do with the SS12.
