I was finally able to get back up there and found out this is not the same thing.

Jacobson , he thought it was an old golf coarse mower/tug .Single wheel steer .

Found the serial number on the upper edge of the frame...H165.

Making progress in the restoration.  Engine is off, fenders are off, tires are off.  Paint is coming off.  Looking for a hub puller to get the brakes off.
