Can't seem to find the manual for the engine in the manuals section.     Briggs&Stratton Model 243432 type 0754-01 Code 8106261. The numbers are stamped in the flywheel tin. Not having much luck getting spark. Would like to find the resistance measurement for the primary and secondary windings  in the mag. Also need to locate replacement points and condenser. Don

This manual should help you out. Your engine is a 243400 series engine, so it's 24 cubic inch. Try cleaning the armature and flywheel and set the armature air gap. File the points so that there are no tiny spots or pits on them. Let us know how you make out, good luck!

Thank you, this appears to be good information. I have to question the point gap info. The text on the left says to set to 20 tho and the picture on the right clearly indicates 15. I am in the habit of telling people "don't try to confuse me, there is no challenge to that".  I wish they had just stamped this stuff in the tin. Thanks. Don
