i have done it myself with automotive wires for my camaro. i would like to be able to buy a kit that has wires and ends for small engines. i already have a crimp tool. where would i buy something like that?

There is an old Penzoil store in town that still has spools of the non-resistor wire for tractors. I have them make me a set for the 81 every few years. Nice, professional job. I'd talk to the oldest guy at the oldest store in town & see what they have in Old Stock.

edit: I just read that back... that's a lot of "old"s :D But you know what I mean...

I'll do some looking around.
I know you can buy the plug boots and cable. Usually the Boots come in sets of 10 and the wire comes in 10ft rolls

The wire comes in a 10' coil, in your choice of either 7mm or 5mm
It runs around $18 for each 10ft coil.

I made a new wire for my Cub out of leftovers from This set.

You can get them in Different colors.Mine are White Taylor 8mm spiral core.
It looks spiffy on the Cub.
I had to reuse the boot for the Coil end.
