I am familiar with the Free Firewood ads where they want you to cut down a huge dead tree that is about to fall on their house for free and you can keep the wood. I just saw one for free hardwood flooring, but you have to pull it all up clean up the mess and have all done with 1 days notice. " If you dont want it for free, I will do it myself and sell it for $275 per square foot".. and I hope that was a typo, because I cant see him being able to sell used flooring for 100X what new costs

It was posted last night and had to be finished by 5 pm today. I just saw it and I had to work anyway. If I would have known I could sell the stuff for almost $300 a sqft, I would have been all over it

Ya sounds like you missed out on a heck of a deal, go pull a guys crappy floor out and be thankful for it. Probably would have had to help move all his furniture too. Oh well maybe you can get In on the next great deal.

We get those kind of ads here in my area too. Queer people make the world go round. I guess its normal to be that way, for some people. I try to stay away from those types.
And the flooring would be full of glues, wouldn't it??? I'm not right up on that stuff. Not wise to burn it , if full of glue. Jumpins, ya could get a lot of good wood for that money.
Just my thoughts.

I am thinking about advertising free grass clipping. Bring your mower, bagger and a way to haul it. I want it cut at 4.75" and you must take all of it.. and weedeat around the house and ditch too.
