20hp Ford frame & tranny

IMG_0607.JPG

It is a basket case and the deck is MIA..   It would cost way too much $$$ to restore but the parts on the thing must be worth something to a Ford enthusiast somewhere.  It has a 3 point hitch setup and ballast box on the back along with the tranny & wheels (tires are shot) power steering cylinder as well..  It's a shame it was ripped apart since it only had 100 hours on it..  Fire me a PM if anything interests you..  It will be going to the scrap yard very soon..

I grabbed up a Yazoo Master Mower as well.. Those things are neat & It has a 16 hp B&S and I may restore it so I'm hanging onto it:

Next up is a Tiller..  Troybuilt rear tine..  Turns over but no pic yet (sorry)  That will be for sale in the future..

Then I dug up a snowblower..  Motor turns so a  carb kit will get this thing rocking..

Then a couple push mowers:

An added bonus was found under the Ford's seat..  A lot of Lead ballast!!  This was all packed under the seat:

Lots of other finds to be had at this guy's house remain in the future..

Those plastic dash and tunnel covers are hard to find in good shape.  Lots of goodies on that Ford!   Now the Yazoo....I bought one with a Wisconsin twin TJD engine.  I tried mowing with it, but on my slopes it slid like greased lightning.  The engine is now stuffed into one of my Bush Hog JB1's.    Your Yazoo should do well on your ground, going by the pics.

I passed on a Yazoo with Wisconsin engine last spring.  In kind of rough shape and need lot of parts like deck springs, dolly wheels, etc.  Main drive pulley center hub was cracked bad and a hunk out of the side of the groove.

That power steering unit would make a nice conversion on another brand.

The pusher is a Toro..  I have 2 of them..  Both electric start..  The motor turns well so I'l keep the thing for that..  The Craftsman will get fixed and may be returned to the owner if he wants..

I had the chance to buy a Yazoo at a auction once, they said the guy used it for mowing but it had been sitting for a couple years. I think it sold for around $200, I didn't know if it was a good price or not and I didn't have a over abundance of money at the time. They sure look like a fun mower
