Sears upper grill that is. This was my good one too.

Now I have two to rebuild.

My son was mowing tonight and I saw he was done, but I think he decided to mow some of the field. He pulled up in front of the wood gates and for some reason his foot came off clutch and in 2 hi, the ole girl lunged right onto the gate, blew the grill apart. He hit so hard it pushed the hood into the steering wheel and dent the edge. It was a bad night, I came on and our hot water heater is leaking all over the basement floor.

.....and of course we have sideways pics again

Ouch! Looks like it got into the engine, too.

Probably not, I am about 2 days behind on work needing to be done at work, seems everyone puts in orders at the same time.

I had to take off early yesterday too to take dog to vet for some type of muscular/skeletal issue, he hurts every time he gets up and is moving real slow

Ouch! Looks like it got into the engine, too.

I don't think so, it might have hit the air cleaner a little, but I didn't see any marks on it.

My son started to get tools to take it apart, I told him to just pull it in the barn, I didn't even want to deal with it.

Messed it up real good for sure.  When we get behind somebody always creates more work for us.  This winter build a frame mount grill guard.

At least it broke for a reason.  Mine fell apart just from vibration during the tractor parade after weeks of repair.  I ordered 2 part epoxy resin made by smooth cast from amazon.  It is a black mix. and dries really fast. i used aluminum foil tape to make forms of where i needed it to stay and drilled flow holes to get the 3 separate areas to share common resin.  I epoxied in rivet nuts for the hinge bolts and drilled into the fiberglass pieces i used on the first repair to bond everything together.
