I've had this for over a year...its in line to be restored or sold as is.

But I'd really like to know the year of it and cant find anything on it.

Its a D-2 Riding mower.

What's the engine number on the Wisconsin? That's about as close as we can come if it's original. The model doesn't sound right either. Usually the last number would be the width of cut. I know they made a 24 but yours looks bigger than that.

Thanks for the comments...I was wrong...its a D-32 not D-2. I've only ever seen 3...mine and 2 at a sale in Pella IA last year.

Here are more pics..

Engine dates to November 1957.  It was probably a 1958 mower by the time it was sold.  They came in four cut widths.  24,28,32, and 36.  6, 7, 8, and 9HP Wisconsin engines.  Some of the first ones used Briggs engines, but they would not stand up with the design of the mower blade drive.
