Bolt snapped on bowl - as is

Engine looks like the 4 HP Tecumseh two stroke on my Snapper push mower.  Looks unusual to me.

The model I have that appears to use the same engine uses the throttle lever to shut off air flow.

I made a second attempt to contact the seller using my work email.  Let's see if that gets a response.  For the money it is a no-brainer.

I wondered if that was the case.  Let's first see if I can get it into my possessions.

Got a response back to my work email.  I am going to try to pick it up today if the seller responds.  No phone number or other contact info.

I bet you could throw a shop rag under it.

Resent the seller a message and will try to make arrangements for it.  If I can get it then get it to dodge trucker it he would be one happy camper. I certainly don't need it but it is had to pass up for ten dollar.
