Usually when I get that, it's a bad cable or connection between the solenoid and the starter. Could be a bad starter or solenoid also... I don't think it's a safety switch, you shouldn't normally get the click if it's that.

Ok now I got it running it was a bad battery cable now I have a problem that it will go about 15 feet and die if I disengage the hydro it will stay running no problem and I was told that that's what it would do for the previous owner and they were told it had a bent valve so now it has the same problem with a different engine that I know is good any ideas and what could cause this its getting really frustrating thank you

Ok the seat switch is bypassed the neutral switch seems good because if you don't have the pedal in all the way it won't do anything but I did see a yellow wire from the pto switch that has a blue plug on isn't hooked to anything and I can't find anything it hooks to the other wire from that spot is yellow and runs to the ignition switch and then from there to the voltage regulator any Idea what that is supposed to be hooked to thank you

There is a 112 wiring diagram in the manuals section. Download it and have a look at the diagram. That should help you sort it out. I'm not familiar with the 112 but somw of the PTO switches have safety interlock contacts. A PO may have changed the wiring at some point so it is best to have a look at the diagram to see what's up.
