Thanks again for the help....I really appreciate it.

I have a 5260 walk behind that I am trying to restore and need the battery size/group. So I will not have to bring tape measure to store and measure each battery.

Measure the space where the battery goes.  With that you can find the group fairly fast my checking a couple or 3 batteries.  I've had to do that several times.  Store people can probably help with that also.

Without seeing the machine or the battery tray my wild azz guess would be a U1. And they do make that size battery in several cranking amp levels, get the strongest one that you can find.
