We tryed it in the grass but its just to fine. It cut the weeds. I think its pretty much retired unless Pop ends up with a neighbor that needs something . Neither of us have a farm or any large amount of land.

That is nothing short of awsome,I am still learning and use to think years ago that garden tractor were pretty much oversized lawn mowers,I had a Massy Harris 44 tractor with a New Idea loader and also owned a Gehl hydro cat skid loader for the real work,After I got my first GT and started really looking at them I have had my eyes opened a long ways and am still amazed at the attachments and things you can really do with them and have fun doing it!

You might try tightening the hold downs and checking for worn spots that would allow the knives to gap up off the cutter bar.

Thanks the knives ware hardly worn it looks like it was hardly used. If anything it
will either never or hardly be used again while he owns it.
