Bought the Hustler two weeks ago, bought the 6 x 12 dovetail trailer two and a half months ago, bought the Ford truck last year I am the second owner. Then I was hit by hit-and-run drunk driver but he did not get far. Not with two flat rear tires and he done hit a tree!

Dang. Looks like the truck is easily fixable. The trailer is a total loss. Not sure about the mower.

I hope you didn't get injured in that one!

I sucks when you work hard to buy something and have someone totally ruin everything!  Unfortunately, like Patrick said, I think your going to have to hire a lawyer because that seems to be the only thing that insurance companies listen to!  That's what we had to do to settle our car accident many years ago!

I hope that you are good. Sometimes the damage to your body can take awhile to show up. My wife was working the ER and was thrown by a violent patient. A month later, her neck went into nasty muscle spasms that took 5 months to stop. Her ER Doctor said it was from being thrown. She was in agony for part of the time.

A good lawyer is probably a necessity. Good Luck, Rick

Just last week, a young guy had been drinking all day and came down the hill into town.
Hit a near immaculate older town car parked in front of a house, drove the car into that house and then the truck hit the next house.

What a mess and a heck of a way to wake up.
Guy was so sozzled, he walked away from it with scratches.

I hurt my neck and shoulders a few years back and still have muscle spasms from it.

I hurt my neck and shoulders a few years back and still have muscle spasms from it.

Fast relief is possible with an ice rub. I used to fill styrofoam cups with water and put them in the freezer. When Martha's spasms started I would get the cup, peel the sides down abit and put a damp wash cloth over it. I would then rub the cramped muscle with the damp wash cloth(backed by the ice) until the skin turned blotchy. By that time the muscle would relax. This way most spasms only lasted 5 minutes instead of the 1/2 hour or more that they usually lasted. Medical problems really take the joy out of life.  Good Luck, Rick

The man that hit me was in his seventies, he hit me going in reverse at an intersection. He totally missed his left turn because of a grain truck tractor trailer was in the road and he chose the left side of the truck instead of going the right direction of the driver side of the truck. He knocked off the big trucks steps off the battery box and fuel cells and he knocked off all those big Acorn Chrome covers for the lug nuts and his truck got all in the side of the trailer as well. The old man is driving a late model Chevrolet 2500 HD 4 wheel drive. Then he puts it in reverse and slams the pedal to the floor and hit me... I am going westbound and have the right away, this intersection is a two-way not a four-way stop. I thank God nobody was coming eastbound when he hit me, I fought my truck and trailer with my mower for a hundred yards seem like before I finally came to a stop.
