Decals on, that new clothes? I got pin stripe too, kina scared to try that. It follows hood and metals on these sharp bends.

Nice. Do you do your own painting?

Let's see the pinstripe.  Where did you get it?

Pinstripe is the only thing keeping me from restoring my 1631.  I can get all the decals from Hamper but no clue on the pinstripe.

Speedex used a bunch of different transmissions depending on model.  Some were what I believe were their own F-N-R transmissions, some tractors got the 3 speed T92 like the earlier PKs, some got 4 speed transaxles and some got hydrostratic transmissions.

If I understand my models correctly the 1641 will have a 4 speed transaxle.

This common 4 speed trans-axle, Peerless? Hamper made decals. Was gonna be 3\16 white stripe, but he found dual white, mostly like orig. Orig was white and Greg combo. On paint, yes me and rattle cans! Finding right brand and good tips is secret.

Another shot from today's dressing in finish clothes!  Striping is hard to do, so did a little less than orig pix I had. Not sure I like them or not?  OK, I guess, that's the way it is going to be.
