A few weeks ago I took apart and cleaned a Zenith L63AN Carburetor for use on a Wisconsin TRA10D engine on my Bolens 1053 tractor.  I went looking for information on the site and on the internet about this carb and found that there are bits and pieces in several documents but not one complete document that contained all the information I required - I also found some of the documents were hard to read.  Since this carb is used on a few Wisconsin engines (TR10D, TRA10D, TRA12D among them) that are found in some of the Bolens tractors made in the 1960's and early 70's I thought I would put together a PDF document that may aid people when they are taking apart, cleaning and reassembling these carbs as it provides a parts break down, pictures of the carburetor apart and the various pieces inside, float and initial adjustment settings, information on things to check for on this model of carb after years of being in service and theory of operation.

This will be immensely helpful to me when I get around to sorting out the carbs on several of my Bolens. Thanks

Great job. I am looking forward to reading this. I have just rebuilt the carb on one of my 1054's and this is my chance to see if I did it correctly.

Thanks
Iain

Thanks. Not going to say this is the most correct way to do these carbs but it has worked for me.  I am just trying to provide one document that gives someone who has never been inside this model of carb information about what they look like inside, how to take them apart, clean them and put the pieces back together.
