Trying to put starter where it belongs on 67 economy king. The pulley on tractor looks like it too close in back of tractor and it looks like belt will rub on the housing . will the pulley move toward the front of tractor? Thanks joey!

A picture might help. Someone may recognize the starter and  where pulley should be located on shaft. Maybe pulley is installed backwards?
