Does anyone know how to remove the input pinion shaft in the transmission in order to replace the oil seal.  The axle oil seals were no problem, but the input pinion shaft stumped me.

I answered my own question gentlemen.  A few gentle taps on the input shaft with a wooden mallet from the outside of the case, toward the inside, drove the shaft inward, removing the clutch thrust collar in the process.  I can now access the oil seal for removal and replacement.
