I haven't done a lot, been contemplating the connection between the 'ROPS' and the top of the lift. I did add 'stirrups' to the old wheelchair ramp so I can use it with the forks.

Used the E-Tank on a piece of old metal.

Update! Got a few more things done yesterday. Hope to be ready to attach the forks today.

First, I got a top made for the 'ROPS'.

Next up was cutting my 3-point fork lift apart to use parts on this.

I'll finish welding this on this morning and get the mast hung back on while it's cool. I want to purge the fluid out of the system and put in new as this is a little milky looking. Still have to wire it in and figure out where I want the controls.

I got the mast back on it.

Also got the cables ran for the 'x' brace.

Found some 600V 8 gauge wire. That should work for the power wire off an automotive battery. Need to go get some ends for it. Then it's purging the old fluid and put in new hook things up. Still need something made into the center for loads to rest against.

It was getting hot out, so I put up the umbrella to shade me a bit.

I nearly have it working again, but the button switch for the down side is giving me fits. May just go buy two momentary switches to replace them. Gotta figure out where I want them.

Kenny would a  " ON-OFF-ON "  double pole toggle switch work for you ?   We use those at work for the electric controlled outriggers and other applications

Probably, Al. Be nice to find a momentary one. I'll look around today. This thing is close to being ready. I put the forks on it just before I gave up as anything metal was hot to the touch, had to have gloves to handle.

Thanks! I'll see what's available local first!

Gonna have to add rear weight. As far forward as this is, it won't take much to tilt it!

Be advised this thread will no longer be updated! I am scrapping the whole lift! The solenoid for down has quit working and I have no clue on a replacement as the pump numbers no longer exist! It will no longer lift either! I'll salvage anything usable and send the rest to China! I'M DONE!

If you think I am not serious, check this pic. Everything is stripped, next is to lock this thread!

I spent the last 2 days trying to get it to work. Nothing I tried helped, so I quit!

A fitting end to this. I put my 3-point fork lift back together!
