Hello I have been using Harley Davidson mufflers on my Onan 18 and it sounds good but it is still a bit loud so a Cherry Bomb should be about the same.
Good luck

It would be interesting to see too. I am sure it will be pretty loud.

Just make sure if you are hanging that big of a muffler on it that you support it some other way then just the threads from the block. With that much weight and the engine being hot without support there is a good chance to crack the block.

theres a stock bracket up by the flywheel cover it'll sit on. and it goes on some pipe that bolted to the manifold. and if the bracket doesnt work, my dads been rigging mufflers forever, all he needs is some mechanics wire aluminum tape and other random crap and hes set. you can almost say hes a pro.

Sounds like you might have it taken care of.

On another note, please refrain from using foul language because this is a family oriented site. I edited your post.

One thing you could do that might quiet them down a bit is to restrict the outlet opening on the muffler to the port size on the engine, 1" or what ever it is.

I had a straight stack on my Massey MF12 for a while. I use it to mow the grass with a good bit and I couldn't take it any longer even with ear plugs in. Don't get me wrong it sounds awesome but after a couple hours the ears were ringing.
