Hey guys,  What did they use in the large frame belly mower gearboxes for lubrication and were they considered a "sealed" unit or is there a recommended service schedule for lube changes, etc. ? thanks!

Great question. Don't believe I've seen any information on this topic posted before. I'm curious myself. Would all the large frame decks have the same thing in the gear boxes no matter which model # they are?

Also,  did Bolens offer an owner's manual or maintenance/parts list for the large frame decks and if so are they available?                     Thanks guys
