I was cleaning up the driveway today and moving 2 Rams to the back to put under a tarp. One moved ok after I took the chain tensioner off, but the 58 would drag a tire when it went about 2 feet. So I removed the drums and found one side was still intact with the pawl and spring clip. The other side was not so lucky. No spring clip and the pawl was welded in place and one side was broken. So many hacks out there that destroy more than they fix.

wow that's too bad. Hopefully you can repair it or swap in another one.
