Got a call this morn and was offered a parts tractor . It's a 57 , 21HD. Strictly a parts tractor. Only 90 minutes away, so the wife and I shot up there to see. Lots of good stuff on it. This makes 12 now, if I can count the parts tractors. I just wish I'd find the ones with tires!

On these parts rigs you are getting.....Isn't all the good stuff taken off these and about all that is left is the heavier or common stuff that never breaks and no one ever needs?? THAT is why they are still setting around??  Just wondering, seems like garage filling with just more junk, not really valuable things, taking up space. Not trying to be Mean, just trying to understand.  You just a Hoarder?, heh!

Grab every one you can find I say there not easy to come by anymore. Is that gearbox on the front for a blower? I haven't seen one of those before. To bad the belt guard is missing, but they usually are. Hope you can build another they never last long on CL or Ebay highly sought after. They look cool with the off set K160.

I find them and also get offered stuff. I collect them as some have good stuff on them and it makes good trading material maybe for stuff I need. When I pull the good stuff off, It will go to scrap. Can't save them all. I got a 58 that is worse than this one, but it has stuff I need for a 58 roller I have. Keeps me busy and out of trouble, like my mother use to say about my cars!
