Does anyone have a list of which Ford tractors were built by Gilson? And, what the equivalent Gilson model would be?

I am mostly helping to bump this thread as I am interested to know as well. Didn't Jacobsen build a good many of the Ford garden tractors also?

I am not sure if Gilson came first, or Jacobsen. I do know that most, if not all of the LGT's were made by Jacobsen. Approx. 1972 thru 1983+/-. From or before those years, I am unsure of who made what.

poncho62,

do you know if there is information somewhere relating the serial numbers of the 84 and later Fords to year?

Thanks,

Lowrider

I haven't a clue, never seen a listing for even the pre-'83 tractors.
