I took the transaxel out of my Murray tractor three speed to weld up the spider gears washed everything up welded gears, re- greased,put back together. The big pulley spins in neutral axels don't put the selector in first spin the big pulley and axels still don't turn, second, third same thing.am I missing something?

sounds like a woodruff key fell out when you put it back together.

The axel wouldnt spin while in neutral, try turning the axle while its in gear, see if the pulley turns. I would need a picture to see if something is missing

Do the axles spin, but the pulleys dont? Because if you can spin the axles then you left out a key.

Take it back apart, and look to see where a key is missing. Good luck
