No it's not but the inside belt is quite lose the other bolens has got like a flat bit of metal that stops belt from coming off is that right?

That looks great to me mate I've a 57 RAM your noise may be from the bearing on the sheave mechanism

The belts ride inside the sheaves and will come to the top if your in the right gear, if the belts are worn there will be alot of slop in the sides as belts wear on the sides causing them to appear loose

And on my unrestored one ball joint keeps coming off on right hand side wheel can you get new ones?

Yeh I'm interested cos it keeps coming off so I loose steering lol and would u be able to send it to the uk?
