Picked up this Bolens deck today along with the G11XL.  No back rollers.  Can someone provide me the size of these rollers please.  Diameter and length?  Plan is to turn out a full set on a wood lathe. Deck model is 18300.

The rollers are 4.150" long, 2.50" diameter, .790" bore.

Yep, still available. Part # 1765851 Roughly $12 each. Not terrible until you need to replace them all and it takes 9 of them to do the full width.

Ouch !  Are they made from Maple or Ash?   Might be Hickory too.  Thinking of trying some Black Locust.

They are made of solid black urethane.

That makes since.  Lot quicker and cheaper that way.  Unfortunately I don't work with Urethane that way.  Guess I'll stay with the old fashioned method. Winter wood shop project.
