I was driving down the street and saw this in a yard for sale.  i purchased it and did not have a clue what it was.  The person i purchased it from did not know anything about it.  After a little looking on the internet i think it is a Montgomery ward walk behind.

I have found some identification on it, but cannot find much about the numbers  any help would be appreciated.

On the tractor"  MID-A 1134

On the engine    Clinton All Purpose Air Colled engine

                           s/n 2011777 A

                           Model No. C 1105CIA  or C105CIA

On the Carburetor    Carter Model N

Once i figure out how to send pictures  I will enclose pictures.

thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

Frank

Welcome to GTT. THe "MID" in the model tells that it as made by Midland. Go to our Manuals Section and look at the walkbehinds area. There may be a manual and a brochure. Good Luck, Rick

That's not clutter, that background that the guys will be asking about.

As for the tractor, they are amazingly capable machines. Very little hp, but tons of power.

I think yours is a ChorTrack. Sold by Montgomery wards, made by Midland

Thanks for the ChorTrack info.  I know a little more about where to look.  Do you know anything about the Clinton engine or Carter Carb?

I couldn't post the rest of the song because its profane.

If you ever see the Clint Eastwood movie "Heartbreak Ridge" you'll hear it.

BTW, Frank,

Welcome to GTT!!

That's a kewell tractor you have there.  I've amassed quite a selection [collection?] of those over the years.

Also [somewhat] trying to resurrect a TT Ford truck, although the lack of progress has been pitiful the last couple years.

I started with this - yes,  I'm an idiot.  :(

Found a MUCH better cab and genuine Ford script flatbed out in your neck of the woods.
