How much do you mill head? 1/8?

Put modeling clay on the head and torque it back down. Turn the engine over and take the head off. measure to see how much clearance you have between the valves and the head.

 

What 12 horse engine do you have?

All depends. I milled mine 1/8th, as thats as far as we could mill it, you might be able to do more, you might not be able to do as much. you might not want to do as much.
