Quite a few are from NJ , I live in Pa but can see it looking off my deck , is that close enough ?

I'm from Pt. Pleasant and there are several other members from NJ my friend jabelman on the site is from Milford one in Brick one in Middletown two in S. Jersey and maybe more.

I'm in Bridgewater near the intersection of I-78 & I-287.

I don't know of any garden tractor pulls in NJ but they have run them in the past at our local show in Jacktown Pa ,  eastern Pa between Rt80 & Rt78 to give you an idea,  though it's not advertised in any flyers as far as I know .
