Anyone able to send me a picture of how the mower deck lift set up should be as I think I'm missing a couple of parts. I've downloaded the manuals etc but the pictures are poor. In essence I can't find a set up to lift the deck or any parts I think are missing, nothing makes sense so am assuming I'm short of a couple of bits.

If so, has anyone in the UK got  the bits and are willing to sell as cannot find on flea bay.

Most of all I need the PTO female connector to male drive. I have one off another set up but I don't like cutting up stuff to make fit.

If you go to the manuals section of the site, you can download the manual for the 18418 deck and it has a complete parts breakdown, including the lift linkage. It looks like you are missing part #89- "lift link" , possibly others as well. (or maybe you have them there and didn't realize what they were for) I have a spare lift link that came with a parts machine if you need it. I don't know what it would cost to ship it, but we could look into it.

There is a parts breakdown in the manuals section for the 18418 deck - http://gardentractor...-18418-38inpdf/ .

It should give you an idea of any parts you are missing.  This 18423 manual may give you an idea of how things attach - it used to be on Sonnys site years ago.

I have them new, but of course the shipping is likely prohibitive. I'll see if I can't get you the proper dimensions this evening.

Thanks for the info classic. Indeed the shipping costs are crazy. I say this because I recover car and SUV parts from all over the world for investigation and in the last month had a complex rear drive unit from an SUV ( rear differential) from a far greater distance from the USA to the UK and it cost GBP150 all in and was delivered to my desk 3 days after shipping from the factory. Compare that to what fleabay charges for international delivery and what you have been quoted. Someone is making an awful lot of money based on this :-o

Was on the deck I got Chris but not on the PTO on the G10. Classic has kindly sent me the dimensions of the lift arm so will have to make that. A bit of a pain but will get some spares made when next overseas.
