Your old 1050 would have had a large nut on the end of the left rear axle shaft that would lock the diff. I'm not sure if the G11 has that feature or not.

The other thing about the G11 is that it was a budget or economy Bolens. It has a 3 spd transmission (no Hi-Lo) with no adjustment in the differential. Also a plastic dash, no headlights and no ammeter. Same tough tube frame though.

My serial numbers are 0100448 0100464 sorry no pictures at the moment as they are all in different places hopefully not for long as I am just erecting a new building big another for all my tractors and implements 😀

I have a few engine parts on order they should be in tomarow night. Ive torn the engine down, has good compression so I am sure she will fire up! The only suspicion I have is when I was loading it onto my car trailer at the guys house. the rear wheels didn't roll very freely.... I pulled the pin out of the right rear tire, If I remember right that was just a posi lock pin tho? but it did help some, the tire would skid unless u put some weight on the seat then it would roll some. Maybe just been sitting a while and needs some new lube!

Make any progress? How is it coming?
