I need help on replacing the mower belt. A diagram would be nice. THanks

I have 2 parts tractors, can anyone say where I can sell them:wave:

How do I find out what year this is?

Is there replacement paint for this tractor?:confuse:

How much is the starter?:bounce:

Do the mower belts stretch a lot? We are having a hard time finding belts, they are either 1/2 inch too big or too little.

Is there a repair manual somewhere?

Please let me know if anyone has info on the MF10

What does it mean if it is leaking from the engine?

Where would I find a new starter?

Where do I take the blades for sharpening?

there are manuals in the manual section, you can also find the year by serial in the same place. alson in the massey section you find paint codes. im not expert but im sure one will be along shortly the help with the rest of your questions. as far as blades you can sharpen them yourself all you need is a grinder.

And welcome to GTTalk. You'll find a very helful group here

First welcome to GTtalk, second all of your posts were combined in to one as there is no need to make a bunch of posts just to be able to download manuals.

Exactly what all do you need help with since most of your questions seem like they were just to get your post count up. We have a great community here with people that are willing to help.

1-If you download the manuals, you should be able to see the belt routeing.

2-Re selling your parts tractors. Where are you?

3-Year can be found in the stickies at the top of the MF page. You'll need your serial #.

4-There is a paint code stickie at the top of the MF page. You can get OEM paint
from your nearest MF dealer.

5-agcopartsbooks.com jackssmallengines.com partstree.com mfgsupply.com

All good sites. They are your freinds. Spend some time there. Lots of info, that you'll
be glad you found.

6-There is a stickie at the top of the MF page about belts. Plus, once you've been
into the above mentioned sites, you'll know all about belts.

7-already covered.

8-info- yes we do.

9-leaking? What do you mean?

10-starter mfg supply

11-

Welcome to GTT by the way.
You'll enjoy that MF10 once you get it dialed in. Great machines.

Here is a photo of the deck belt routing.

As for a leak at the motor I would first suspect the gasket between the block and the case cover. This is where the block is split it two, the gaskets tend to harden and leak.

:welcometogttalk:Welcome aboard mburns. Like Sherwood said you can go to agcoparts or jackssmallengine for parts. I'm sure there are alot of us here that had our ears perk up when you mentioned selling parts tractors. Where are you located? In order to help you with the year of your tractor we need the serial number. Hope you were able to find all the other info. on the site. And when you get a chance ...........................

Can you rebuild your starter? Unless there is severe damage on the inside you can find replacement brushes and have the comm. turned on a lathe and save LOTS of money.

That is exactly what it is. After it was sandblasted, and any pitting filled that was not covered by the shield, I shipped it out to have the liner sprayed on. I used the top cover as a template for them to mask off by tracing it with a sharpie. This means the shield sits on top the liner, but does not show. It was worked awesome!
