I created a drawing for the BM15764 Integral Hitch for the closed frame tractors. It's in a preliminary stage now, so if you have comments and/or corrections, please let me know. I want to add cross referenced off the shelf parts for any JD part number that's on the drawing now, i.e. knobs, bolts, pins, etc. Here is the link to the drawing:

After I finalize the drawing I will add it to this site in the "Manuals Section".

I made a little revision by adding a sheet 9 that shows the lift rod assembly for the 140 & 300 series tractors. If anyone has any comments or corrections or suggestions, please let me know before I finalize this drawing.

No, this hitch won't fit a 345. This hitch fits the square fender 110/112 made from 1968 to 1974, the 200 series gear drives made from 1975 to 1987, the 120/140 made from 1968 to 1974, the 300 series made from 1975 to 1982. I'm not sure if the current integral hitches that are made for the X500 series fits the older 3x5 series or not, but you may ask your dealer or maybe someone here will know.

Thanks again for doing the work required to create such a professional set of drawings. One small correction to the list of tractors it will fit. The 314 was actually made until 1983 (mine is an 83). This does seem strange, I know, as the 316/318 was introduced in 1983.

I looked at a 345 in 2005 and a sleeve hitch was available if I recall correctly. I decided to go with a 475 which had the 3 point hitch available. Check with your dealer for info.

Yeah, I know about the 314. Ironically, the 318 debuted in 1983. I guess I should have made a list. So here goes:

1968-1974 110
1968-1974 112
1970-1971 120
1968-1974 140
1975-1976 200
1977-1978 208
1975-1987 210
1975-1987 212
1975-1987 214
1979-1986 216
1974-1977 300
1977-1978 312
1978 316 (with Kohler single)
1979-1983 314
1979-1983 317

The correct style Integral Hitch for the 345 is this Posted Image Basically the Manual lift Integral Hitch for the Current X500 series is what was made for the 345 But a Older Integral Hitch Made for The 240 thru 285&320 would fit as well which is this Posted Image But finding one of these for the 240 thru 285&320 since it Pretty rare But with the Older Hitch that would fit You could use the tractors Internal Hydraulic But You would always have to remove the deck to use it. But the correct style is the lastest Manual lift Integral Hitch LP31357 cost about $319.00 at MSRP Though on another forum I did see a Member turn a Older Integral Hitch Like terry is showing in his diagram Made to work on a 345 or GX345 and it had a electric actuator to raise & Lower the Hitch Posted Image:thumbs:
