a friend messaged me of this tractor for sale in Lancaster. owner was a very nice guy and said the tractor was used to clean chicken houses. the select a speed will go on my dads loader and I plan to get this panzer running in the summer. might restore it with the T758es, but I got to get my panzer pullers done first.

They are pretty rare, I think only a few are around.   The way you change speeds with a Panzer tractor is stopping the motor and moving the belt to a different pulley size (3 different sizes on the pulley).  The devise has a high low option so you can change speeds (from high to low) without moving the belt on the pulley.  However, you still have to stop the engine and change the belt to another pulley for other speeds.

Gives you 6 total forward speeds.

I was hoping it also made a reverse so you could leave the Glide-Matic in forward and have a "powered" reverse.  Wouldn't take much to out-perform the much-too-fast friction reverse of a Panzer.  :(
