Hi everybody!  I just picked up a 1974 MF 14 that I was planning on doing a full restore on, but then I discovered how hard to come by and expensive some K321 engine parts are.  I am also a big fan of EVs, so I have decided to try and convert it to electric instead!  I've visited a bunch of websites now, but I'm hoping that someone knows of one publication that will cover the basics of what I need to do.  The MF 14 is a big, heavy tractor (over 500 lbs without the mower deck), so I'm thinking it will need to be at least 48V, and I'm thinking of adding a second electric motor to use as a PTO substitute, but beyond that I don't even know where to begin!

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Check with member DH1, he has an electric Massey 10 or 12. He could help maybe. Look it up on you tube too. He has a video of it operating.
