picked this up today for 300. came with mower deck,roto tiller,snowblower.still need to pick up tiller, snowblower.
almost new ag tires,engine has no compression. well I needed another project.lol

I've been following that ad on CL. Been watching everyday for over a week, surprised it was still there - the picture looked so good. Glad an enthusiast picked it up to give it some love. No compression? Bummer. I'll be interested to see what you do. Please keep us in the loop.

It's been there a while,wouldn't budge off 400,he lowered it this morning to 300 so I jumped on it.if anything I will have a lot of good parts

If your thinking of parts, I picked up a G14 last year, no spark. Would be interested in the SSI if it's good. Lemme know.....

It may be just a sticking valve. Pull the spark plug and check if the piston moves when the crank is turned. Good Luck, Rick

Good thing I have a spare piston,crank and rod for a oh16.lol might need it

Yes,the exhaust seat was loose, so I peened it back in,it's been running great.if it comes loose I have another good head to swap it out.
