Here is a great buy for a FF18.  I tried to convince my wife to let me buy it but she kept saying  "NO!".  I had even made plans to see the guy.  It runs, he has the hood and side panels.  Only problem he says is the steering gear is stripped.

Kenny!  I wish you were a lot closer for this one!

The steering sector is NLA. new parts could be modified to fix it, but with the FEL, I would swap in some thing from a cub or Jd. steering is the only weak link on these

That's what I had found out last night while researching the parts needed.  I have an extra steering column from a cub that I thought about using.

For a deal like that I'd be looking for a new wife.

Too many $ and too far away! I haven't had any issues with steering on my two, but no loader!

I figured you could sell your other FF to pay for this one!

Too far!  The mother of all road trips to the most beautiful part of the U.S. is to far!

Might be beautiful scenery, but too many hours seat time in the truck!

Ok!

Goggle map says it's only 1778 miles one way.  That's only a 3 day drive. :D  :deadhorse:

The ad is gone so it looks like it sold.  Did anybody on here happen to buy it?
