Looks to have the wrong engine missing the side covers for the tubes.  Also looks like a interesting spray bomb paint job...  Just stating what i see.    I still dont think any tube frame if worth more then $500 unless it has more stuff with it IMO but who am I to know?

That would be over an 8 hour drive for me but I would like it. It could be a twin to the one I have with the sickle bar mower.
