I purchased this the other day with two other tractors.  I wasn't sure what brand of plow it was but I thought for $35 I would take a chance.  The PO said he thought it came with a Simplicity tractor that he had but he couldn't remember for sure.  I've looked for a similar plow on the internet but I haven't seen anything like it.  Does anybody around here know what it is?

Now that's an odd one!

Very odd indeed.  Possibly for a 2 wheel tractor.  Foreign build?

Plenty adjustable!  That upper bar is about right to fit in Simplicity style lifts, just like their tillers, so maybe it is. Seems there is place for the two bottom bars too on the same tractors.

The only writing that I've been able to find on it is "E 2" seen in picture #3 and "Patent Pending" in picture number #6. Both of these are built into the casting.

It looks like something that was adapted to fit an older Simplicity rear hitch. The connector along the top is an automotive tie rod. Kind of interesting casting which may be from an odd and much earlier tractor. Good Luck, Rick
