The Simplicity 4040/4041/9020-Allis Chalmers 620/720 have a 2000 rpm rear pto. Their front attachments like a snowblower are belt driven from the electric clutch, also.

While 540 rpm rear pto is the 'standard' for the industry, not so much for garden tractors. The Category 0 3 point doesn't give you a lot of options for aftermarket tillers and such. The only tractors listed so far that came with a 540 rear pto as the 'factory' option is the John Deere 425/445/455 tractors. The Simplicity Legacy also has a 540 pto, along with any newer JD large garden tractors. (2002-present)

I have an allis chalmers 620 and its a beast

Gimme gimme lol

Been looking through PA Craigslist for stuff all winter. These are the only ones that stick out. Wait till spring for more to show up or get that Cub. There was a Bolens HT20 with deck,3 point and plow on Pa craigslist but I don't see it any more.

Can't afford a decent sized JD with attachments in Pa. Anything larger than a 318 is going for $4k+ in Pa. Heck you might as well buy a Kubota diesel with deck,3 point and plow for that money.Seen a couple Kubota 5200 and 7200 tractors on craigslist for around $3500.

2 Bolens DGT1700 $1800 each but pretty low hours. Attachments will be a bit hard to find in Pa.

This Cub is a good deal. The plow sells for around $500 New Kohler Magnum 20 Short blocks retail for between $1500-$2000.

Cub 2072 with 2 stage 45" Blower,60" Deck.Hydraulic angle 54" plow,3 point and engine was replaced 3 years ago. $2500

It is too bad there isn't a good website that compares the old GTs, I'd make one but I don't know enough to actually fill in all the data.  I was in the same position you were, trying to figure out what to get and a lot of people were trying to convince me to waste $15-20K on a new subcompact.  Unless you really need a 540 rear PTO or cat1 hitch for some reason, I really can't see any reason to do that.  I ended up with a couple of ford LGTs and they are more than enough for everything except using a FEL where they are just a bit on the light side and you really need to pile on the rear weight.

I'd suggest picking up a cheap mid sized GT and see how that suits you.  There's a pretty big jump in price going from mid size models like bolens medium frames, ford LGTs, case 400s, etc up to the big ones like large frame bolens.  If you decide the mid size isn't enough, you can always sell it and move up to a bigger one.  I don't know if it is just the area or what, but I see lots of 2 stage blowers for fords and everything else is always single stage.
