Got another 20 pounds of mower crud after mowing, Gras was dry, but real green.

Still working on parts and waiting for the paint to harden.

Trying to get more painted today. After getting the top side painted, it started to drizzle so I had to move the parts inside. Not enough bench space so I put clean rags down on BOH's hood, and rolled back the canopy. This will do till these harden and I can start putting the chassis together. Gonna be another tough week at work. The fixes that were made Friday to get a tower site up and running failed again. We used all the spare boards I had on hand, so as soon as more are shipped in, we are degraded as far as Public Safety Radio Communications goes.

Raining again this evening, so the parts get another day for the paint to harden. Cleaning up the bolts I'll need to start frame assembly.

For those (I know a few of you) that have struggled single handed to line up the transaxle, rear plate, and side rails, bolt holes, you know what I went through tonight. I had to ditch the transaxle dolly after an hour of struggling, it just wasn't happening. I placed the transaxle on jack stands so I could rotate each part, and used a pick in one of the holes to get the first bolt started. After that the remaining bolts fell in place (not without more struggling). I left the bolts loose for tonight. I want to double check my work tomorrow, and I may need to spread the frame a little later on to install the deck lift.

Tonight's progress.

Pretty eventful weekend here, You all know about the bee issue, I am still trying to find a beekeeper. Spent 3-1/2 hours Saturday weed-eating, then I took BOH and the trailer around the yard picking up rocks along the fence line. The dogs and rain caused some large ones to grow and I found them after the weed-whacking. Today I took BOH and RED out to the back 40 for a picture shoot, and RED Mowed the path. Then he mowed the rest of the yard (except around one particular tree) while BOH moved trailers out of the way.

Back to Hulk II, I have some parts done, but every time I turn around I find more that needs attention. I may spring for some new hardware because cleaning up the old bolts is real tedious. This stuff will get finished taken apart and put on the trailer for cleaning this evening.

I have a spare deck lift lever that the plunger is stuck down. I need suggestions that I may get it freed up. These are un-obtainum now, and I would like to save this one.

Oil, patience, and some light tapping with the hammer. You might see if you can get the rubber handle off so the rust and gun in side can fall out.
