Panzer Party 1998-58.jpg Panzer Party 1998-21.jpg Panzer Party 1998-22.jpg Panzer Party 1998-25.jpg Panzer Party 1998-17.jpg    The first two PTOC Panzer Parties were in College Park, MD at Harry Stello's Motorcycle shop starting in 1997 with just a hand full of people. There was also a club gathering on Memorial day weekend (May 23 & 24) 1998 at the Bernardston Gas Engine Show in Bernardston, MA. That was the first club meeting I attended and will be providing photos of that later. The photos shown here were taken the second weekend of Oct, 98.

Seated at the tables Loreen Hofer, Ellen Haynes and Mike Heller, who was President of the club at the time. Harve and Ryan Eagle are in the background.

You could start another topic and post them there or put them on the one I started a while back called Misc Panzer Topics.

To much time involved. I'd be loading them for a month.

Yeah - I know what you mean but nobody says you have to do them all at once. I've got a huge amount of old amusement park slides and negs I took back in the 80s I've got to get scanned also. Don't know if I'll live long enough to get it all done (not that I'm worried about croaking any time soon, but ya never know).

I've been hanging on to these for a long time (obviously) so figured it's about time I started scanning them. Besides, it's something different for a change with a little bit of story and history to add to it. Here's one of me burning the hot dogs.

Wow! The people I know in those pictures look sooo young. ;-)
Thanks for posting these. I've seen them in your album but it's great seeing them on a large screen.

Well look what the cats dragged in! I figured these pics might draw you out and away from the catnip for a few minutes. Bout time we started emailing again to catch up anyway. Very nice hearing from you again,Bud.

Now - to get back on topic - yeah, it's been a long time since these events happened and I'll have to admit that some of the names escape me so if you spot any I haven't rattled off yet, please feel free to chime in. I'm also going to email some of these pics to the Haynes' so maybe they can help ID a few faces for me.I never was good at remembering names anyway. What was your wife's name? :wallbanging:

You might notice some photos look similar to ones I posted earlier. This is because I was using two cameras to get both slides and negatives (remember that stuff? film?) I included them anyway because in between changing cameras, things change, people move in and out of the frame, etc.  It might not seem like much, but sometimes little details matter.

Great pics. Keep them coming. I especially like the Trike. Very similar
to my Savage.

Thanks Dave.  The interest seems to be there so I'll keep going forward.
