I have been looking for a loader for my '73 Montgomery Ward for sometime now. I really wanted to find an exact Montgomery Ward Loader (they were just rebranded from another manufacturer though). I have come across a Johnson Model 14 loader locally to me. I am pretty sure this loader is bigger than what the original loaders were but it is interesting to me. The asking price is $1200, overall the loader is in good shape from the pictures (I am going to look at it tomorrow) Is this price in the stratosphere? I will have to make a sub frame for it.

It may be in the ballpark if it really is in good condition. Check our Manuals Section for that make and model to learn about it. I recall that an Allis Chalmers B 10 came with a Johnson Model 10. I'll do some checking and edit this post in a little while. Good Luck, Rick

The AC L-1, L-10, and L-12 loaders all seem to be the same size just different mounting. I believe they were made for AC by Johnson.

Try this manual http://gardentractortalk.com/forums/files/file/2651-loader/

Is the loader complete as far as any frame mounts , valves , pump , hoses can add up $$$ quickly if you have many to replace . There are many here who bought loaders very cheap , like anything else , right place at the right time . Good Luck

The AC B-1 through L-112 loaders and B-1, B-10 forklifts were made by Henry Manufacturing of KS.
