He says it's a cat 1 plow and I believe Brinly did put some on cat 1 bars.  Sure looks cat 0 size to me though.  Well worth a phone call at $80. My cat 0 Brinly is 19" wide (without pins) if you want to request a measurement.

I think so.  I bought one in similar condition last fall for $150 and thought I got a deal.

If it's still listed next weekend I might run across town and get it.  If I can't double my money at a show I could just tuck it away for parts.

What's the difference in width between cat 1 and cat 0?. I read somewhere you could flip your arms and use a cat 1 plow on a cat 0 3 point.Is that correct?

Of course actual implements and hitches can have some variation.  I know some of the subcompacts use what they call a limited category 1 hitch.  They're using category 1 pins but implements that are close to category 0 dimensions.
