1962 Bolens Ride-a-matic

I bought a 1962 RAM a couple of years ago and over the Christmas break my 9 year old son Joseph and I pulled it apart and got it working. We both had a lot of fun.

 

A previous owner has hacked the tractor about a bit and added a Honda engine. It would never have worked as it was as a bracket had not been made to support the versamatic belt.

 

Some of the hitch parts were sourced with the help of people on this forum.

 

When we have more time and when Joseph is older we will put a Kohler back in and paint it the correct colour.
