craftsman rototiller handlebars?

my friend came up with a handy way to move it around in the shop. they work great the handlebars turn around for storage, and come off by pulling the hitch pin.the whole thing was made from scrap

Great idea. I need to build one on them to move mine around -  have an older version of that tiller, older motor but same sleeve hitch hook up.
