None working starter makes it so you cant see how everything works. But he said best offer and I guess if you can do him down some it may be worth it.

Starters are a bugger to change,but as said if you can get him down some on the price,probably be a decent buy,from what you can see the tractor and loader are decent

That'll go quick. It won't be fun to load onto a trailer though. I see that it's already on rolling casters.

That Model 14? looks really small on an HT20 lol. Not a terrible price if you consider what loaders are going for.Thinking loader is worth 1-1.2k? and a non running tractor maybe $300?

It would help if the seller provide more pictures and somemore information about the tractor.  Some people don't know how to sell things on CL!

That tractor(only) with the ags,not running, $500.00- $600.00 all day long

I have seen several prefer to run ags backwards. We had a discussion about this before & it was interesting.
